We did it!!
It was a great day, I didn't die, and I bet my last time.
Yesterday I ran 2hours and 13minutes, which I am rapt with and
I can't believe that I am looking forward to my next half Marathon..
Gemma and Charlotte... my two road runner Yog Squad members who BOTH ran under 2 hours... A-MA-ZING!!!...
The brothers who ran the FULL marathon... legends...
And we couldn't have done it without our legendary supporters. Check out their t-shirts!!
Now, the last thing you need to see is a pile load of photos of me running,
however...
it looks as though there is a rather simple, yet very effective tip that might make running easier for me in the future... see if you can spot it....

Oh well done! Congratulations!!! You look fantastic Bee!!!!!! So impressed! Not many mums of TWO youngsters would be able to say they could do a half marathon in 2 hours! I am so proud of you!!! Can I fit more explanation marks...yes I can!!!! So impressed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
